Customer Support Advocate

The Customer Support Advocate is responsible for training current and prospective customers on how to use MediaLab software efficiently and provides direct support in response to technical inquiries.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Present walkthroughs and trainings to existing and potential customers
  • Provide email and phone support for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other sources
  • Aid in the development of training programs and documentation to ensure optimal efficacy
  • Work with application developers in testing MediaLab software
  • Document Control support for external and internal documentation
  • Maintain broad knowledge of all company products, services, and updates
  • Takes initiative to volunteer for new projects, create new training material, and help in other departments as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience with MediaLab highly preferred
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service/software industry
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office Suite programs
  • Knowledgeable of interactive communication software (WebEx, Zoom)
  • Must be motivated, self-sufficient, and have strong problem-solving skills

Experienced HR Generalist and Office Administrator

Report directly to the senior management team of a small but rapidly growing B2B SaaS software company. Help screen and interview job candidates to support our ongoing staff recruitment program. Assist onboarding personnel, managing pay and benefits, overseeing accounts receivable and payable operations, and being responsible for facilities management Handle routine day to day support operations and personnel issues that periodically arise. You will have the assistance of one or several staff members in discharging these responsibilities. Documented HR experience and qualifications are essential, as is experience in general office management and some bookkeeping skills.

  • Four year college degree and at least 8 years experience in office management and HR, with at least 3 years of actual management experience.
  • Experience in gathering, reviewing, understanding, and documenting human resource processes as related to onboarding, training, and payroll and benefits administration.
  • Experience screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees and maintaining appropriate personnel documentation
  • Understand payroll and retirement program processes.
  • Experience with employee leave of absence and documentation including FMLA / WC and ADA.
  • Be able to oversee personnel, payroll and sales records using commercial and proprietary software.
  • Experience with administration and recordkeeping related to hiring, termination, leave, transfer, and promotion.
  • Experience managing benefits enrollment
  • Excellent communication skills, and ability to build strong relationships with employees and clients.
  • Be able to maintain knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations related to human resources, benefits and payroll, and maintain and update employee handbooks.
  • Be computer savvy and have experience with MS Office including Excel, Quickbooks, and payroll software such as that offered by Paychex.
  • Ability to rapidly acquire working knowledge of our own proprietary software systems is critical.
  • Have a consistently high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Tier 2 Support Engineer (Full Stack / Mid-Level)

As a Tier 2 Support Engineer you’ll be investigating, troubleshooting and implementing solutions in our cloud-based SaaS applications in response to customer support tickets, feature requests and other internal requirements.
  • Work across the entire cloud technology stack, predominantly ASP.NET and SQL Server, but also a wide range of Microsoft Azure technologies where necessary
  • Work in our team of talented developers to resolve support issues and feature requests
  • Configure and customize our applications to meet unique customer requirements
  • Interact with both Tier 1 support staff and end users to identify and resolve issues
  • BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent degree
  • C#, Java, or object-oriented development experience
  • Knowledge of ASP.NET/WebForms/MVC
  • Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX
  • Familiar with SQL language
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Security Analyst

As a Security Analyst, you’ll be involved in activities across all areas of the business in order maintain compliance with HIPPA, FedRAMP, NIST, ISO, GDPR and SOC requirements. You will have a strong technical background, including experience in IT security, audit management and technical writing.
  • Drive information security and compliance strategies across the business
  • Develop and maintain documentation, policies and procedures in alignment with required technical controls
  • Contribute to the development and execution of Continuous Monitoring, Change Management, Configuration Management, Incident Response and Contingency planning and response
  • Routine activities such as log audits, vulnerability scanning and presenting executive summaries
  • Coordinate internal and external audit activities
  • BS in Information Technology, or equivalent degree
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Information Security
  • Excellent technical writing skills
  • Experience working with FedRAMP or NIST controls
  • Experience running and interpreting vulnerability scans
